What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the daily operations of a high-volume tire center
• Hire, coach, and motivate employees to achieve performance goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Drive tire and automotive service sales
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and shop productivity
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and parts management
• Monitor key performance indicators and store profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume tire location
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proven sales and operational management experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Stable work history
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for the automotive industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with used tire sales
• Inventory management experience
• Automotive retail management experience

Compensation

• $75,000-$95,000 annual salary
