General Manager – Lorenzo Buick GMC

The Opportunity
Lorenzo Buick GMC, a premier dealership within the Lorenzo Automotive Group, is seeking a high-performing, "hands-on" General Manager to lead our operations. We are looking for a decisive leader who excels at aligning dealership performance with established company culture and proven operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across all departments (Sales, F&I, and Fixed Ops) to ensure maximum efficiency.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of professional accountability, motivation, and retention.
Performance Metrics: Analyze departmental KPIs daily and implement immediate, effective action plans for continuous improvement in profitability and market share.
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, inventory, and supply chain processes with high financial acumen to optimize resource utilization.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure the dealership’s trajectory remains aligned with the overarching values and mission of the Lorenzo Automotive Group.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a New Car Dealership General Manager is strictly required. Candidates who do not meet this specific requirement will not be considered.
Fixed Ops Expertise: A strong working knowledge of Fixed Operations is highly preferred.
Leadership Style: A "hands-on" operator who leads by example on the floor, not just from behind a desk.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is considered a major asset for this location.
Resilience: Ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure while maintaining professional composure.
