*Window Tint Technician – Full Time* *Location:* Charlotte, NC
*Pay:* $45.000 - $55.000/ Year- Commision Based

Dent Wizard is looking for dedicated *Window Tint Technicians* to join our team. We look forward to brightening your future as you tint our customers' windows and enhance their safety and comfort behind the wheel.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Install window tint on customer and dealership vehicles using quality products and trusted techniques for optimal results.
* Select appropriate tools, equipment, and parts for each job.
* Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment according to standards.
* Monitor tinting product inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste.
* Accurately read tape measures and use basic hand tools.
* Perform work safely and accurately in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
* Keep the work environment clean and organized by properly storing tools and equipment after each job.
*Job Skills & Qualifications*
* *2+ years of window tinting experience*
* Ability to read and follow instructions
* Experience working with various types of automobiles
* Skilled in cutting tint by hand
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Valid driver's license
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
